This is my new favourite breakfast and sweet treat! It was super easy to make and absolutely devine also. I haven't had French Toast in ages, I didn't even think I could have a healthy version, but here it is! I had to share it with you all!


x2 Wholemeal bread slices - 400g
2 teaspoons of strawberry jam (0.5 syn per tsp)
Sprinkle of sweetener
Dash of vanilla extract
1 egg 

Total syns: 1


1. In a bowl mix 1 egg, a dash of sweetener and a dash of vanilla extract.

2. Heat a frying pan and spray with Frylight.

3. Cut a heart shaped hole (optional) and dip the bread in the egg mix.

4. Place the bread in the frying pan and fry until crispy (turn the bread over now and again) 

5. Sprinkle with cinnamon once the bread turns crispy and fry on both sides until it soaks in. 

6. Spread the jam on one side of the bread and place the other on top.

7. Sprinkle with more sweetener and serve with fresh strawberries.
