1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Garlic
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp 5 Spice
1 tbsp Blue Dragon Sticky Plum
2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 small Red Chilli


5% fat Beef Mince

1 tsp 5 Spice
1 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper


1. Mix the seasonings with the mince and form into small balls and leave to the side whilst you make the sauce.

2. In a bowl mix together the sauce ingredients and add the meatballs. Cover with cling film and leave to marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.

3. Heat a frying pan over a medium heat. Once hot, add the meatballs and sauce to the pan and increase to a high heat. Once the sauce begins to bubble, turn back down to medium heat and leave to thicken. This should take 10-15 minutes.

4. Once the sauce begins to thicken, reduce to a lower heat and stir occasionally until the sauce becomes sticky and soaks into the meatballs. This should take a further 5-10 minutes.

5. Once the sauce has all soaked in and the meatballs are sticky serve with desired sides.
