Ingredients

- Fat-free yoghurt (50g)
- 1 tsp Garlic
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Diced chicken
- Courgette
- Red onion
- Halloumi (35g)
- Wholemeal pitta
- Rice
- 1/2 tsp Tumeric
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Garlic
Method
1. In a bowl, mix the sauce ingredients together and leave to marinate for 1 hour.
2. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and make your chicken skewers. Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
3. Cook the rice with turmeric, garlic and oregano (I like to cook my rice in the rice cooker).
4. Grill the halloumi (optional) and an extra side of vegetables if desired!
